We aim to make our charges as simple to understand as possible. Below you will find a list of our charges. If you have any queries then please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Call out charge: There is no call out charge but we will apply a minimum of ¾ of an hour if any work is undertaken.

Day rate: All trades will be charged at a reduced rate for full days. Please contact us for further details and current day rates.

Materials: Materials are charged at cost price plus a maximum of 25%. Collection time for materials will be kept to a minimum and will incur a maximum of half an hours labour unless prior notification is given

Estimate: Estimates are undertaken free of charge unless otherwise notified.

Invoices: Invoices will be issued when work is complete, unless part payment is agreed prior to work commencing. Invoiced are due for payment in full 7 days of the invoice date.

VAT: All charges are exclusive to VAT at the prevailing rate except in cases where the work carried out is zero rated.

The Customer shall only be charged for the time spent related to the Customer’s work. All other time, personal mobile calls etc. is non-chargeable.

Overcharging: If you feel you have been overcharged in any way then please call our office and speak to a member of our team at the earliest possible time. We take overcharging seriously and will look into the charge as a matter of urgency.
